Not enough of it in the plain brown box, better to not offer shredded paper due to the little that is added.....Photos misleading as my parcel did not come nicely pack in an attractive box ! Plus ordered a set of pens, order was confirmed but later I received a refund as items were out of stock....

Regarding the pen set, at the moment we're going through a bit of a revamp, removing old stock to make way for new items. For this reason we accidentally over sold some pen sets, I understand how frustrating this can be and so we always do our best to ensure items that are show as in stock on our site are accurate.
