The items overall did not seem value for money, including one item that did not fit together as advertised, and needed filing down.
Hi Elizabeth, we're really sorry to hear your order didn't meet your expectations. Regarding the washi tape stand, both the stand and the base have a clear protective film that needs removing before you can put them together. The stand can also be a little stiff at first but once you've put them together a few times they should fit perfectly without any need for filing.
