Loved the colours. May be would have preferred a few more items in the box for the price
The stationery box is very cute, but it's a shame that it wasn't put into another box for shipping. I wanted to give the box with the stationery in it as a gift, but it's ruined by the address label being plonked on the front of the box (and the box is also a bit raggedy now from being posted). Pretty let down to be honest. The things inside it are nice at least.
Hi Sophie, I'm so sorry you were unhappy with the packaging. We do have an option on our site for the box to be packaged inside a postage bag to prevent any damage happening to it, and to ensure the postage label doesn't ruin it. I've just checked your order and can see you didn't choose this option hence why we shipped it out without any extra packaging.
