We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times After Dispatch:
- UK Standard: 2-3 working days
- UK 1st Class: 1-2 working days
- UK Tracked Next Working Day: 1 working day
- Rest Of the World: 6-7 working Days
For international shipping buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost Parcels
We dispatch all orders using Royal Mail, the UK's main postal service. They are usually very reliable and orders mostly arrive in a timely manner.
However, if you are worried about the location of your parcel or are worried it has got lost please email us at hello@coralandink.com and we will be able to further assist you.
Please note Royal Mail do not consider parcels to be lost until 10 working days after the due arrival date for UK orders, and 25 working days after the due arrival date for international orders.
