Not what I expected

I bought the coloured transparent sticky notes and I expected these to be the same, but sparkly, but the glitter was on top, it reminded me of a type of soft sandpaper? There not the easiest to write on, however on the bright side, they are absolutely ADORABLE! don't think I would buy them again, but I will definitely use them!
